The Riverhaven Community of home owners located on the Northwest corner of Fort Lowell and Columbus in North-to-Central Tucson Arizona. This is an active community of residents living in an area that is rich in opportunities to engage nature with easy access to walking paths and nearby hiking trails. Our major amenity is a long walking path following Christopher Wash through the neighborhood ending at the Rillito River Park.

We’re near Brandi Fenton Memorial Park which is located within the Binghamton National Historic Landscape, providing access to a large park, playgrounds, a soccer field, an equestrian arena, stables and a dog park. Additionally you have access to Paradise Falls Community Garden, a group dedicated to maintaining the garden on Paradise Falls.
