Trisha Brown, MRP

Trisha provides the backbone to our organization. She has over 20 years’ experience in leasing and property management. A leasing dynamo, going the extra mile to get properties RENTED and keeping them rented.

She has her own tenant retention process, and starts her lease renewal reminder letters 60 days out from lease expiration. Trisha understands the importance of limiting the time a property is vacant to maximize our owner’s rental proceeds while minimizing the costs involved and vacancy time when a tenant moves out.

Trisha is a mother to four daughters, and a proud grandmother to nine grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family.
