Malea Norris

Malea grew up in and around construction, her father being a General Contractor in the Phoenix area, blueprints were always around the house. After trying her hand at architectural drafting, she realized her talents were better suited to Real Estate Sales. Relocated to Tucson from Phoenix in 1996 and earned her Real Estate License in October 1999.

She has worked in the time share industry, for two semi-custom builders, was the managing broker for a real estate/property management firm as well as a certified member of the Arizona Association of Community Managers managing Condominium and Homeowners Associations.  

In July of 2015 she joined forces with her husband, Bill Norris at Vista Point Properties as Co-Owner/Associate Broker. Her time is spent working with owners to keep their investment properties maintained and rented, helping sellers prepare their home for sale and getting it SOLD as well as helping buyers find the perfect home.

Born in Hawaii, raised in Phoenix and settled in Tucson, she’s been married to Bill for over 30 years, and they share 2 beautiful daughters. She has been a member of the 100+ Women Who Care since 2017.
