Bill has an extensive background in contracts, sales and management. For over eighteen years now, his energies have been devoted to the sales and management of Real Estate. He has been the designated broker for two real estate companies, before Incorporating Vista Point Properties in 2014. Bill has represented 2 different real estate developers in the management and sales of a condominium project in Ventana Canyon as well as Representation of private owners and investors in sales and property management of their real estate portfolios.
With a level head and keen mind, he directs the staff, advises clients, and engineers the changes and improvements that continue to propel Vista Point Properties forward.
