Bill Norris, GRI

Designated Broker/Owner

Bill has an extensive background in contracts, sales and management. For over ten years now, his energies have been devoted to the sales and management of Real Estate. He has been the designated broker for two real estate companies, until Incorporating Vista Point Properties in 2014. Bill has represented 2 different real estate developers in the management and sales of a condominium project in Ventana Canyon as well as Representation of private owners and investors in sales and property management of their real estate portfolios. With a level head and keen mind, he directs the staff, advises clients, and engineers the changes and improvements that continue to propel Vista Point Properties forward.


Malea Norris

Associate Broker

Malea grew up in and around construction, her father being a General Contractor in the Phoenix area, blue prints were always around the house. After trying her hand at architectural drafting, she realized her talents were better suited to Real Estate Sales. Relocated to Tucson from Phoenix in 1996, and earned her Real Estate License in October 1999. She has worked in the time share industry, for two semi-custom builders, as well as being the managing broker for a real estate/property management firm before joining forces with her husband at Vista Point Properties. Her time is spent working with owners to keep their investment properties maintained and rented, helping sellers prepare their home for sale and getting it SOLD as well as helping buyers find the perfect home. Born in Hawaii, raised in Phoenix and settled in Tucson, she’s been married to Bill for 29 years, and they share 2 beautiful daughters.


Patricia “Trisha” Brown

VP of Property Management

Trisha provides the backbone to our organization. She has over 10 years’ experience in leasing and property management. A leasing dynamo, going the extra mile to get properties RENTED and keeping them rented. She has her own tenant retention process, and starts her lease renewal reminder letters 120 days out from lease expiration. Trisha understands the importance of limiting the time a property is vacant to maximize our owner’s rental proceeds while minimizing the costs involved and vacancy time when a tenant moves out. In addition, she has experience helping buyers locate their dream home, while assisting sellers list their properties for sale and get them SOLD. Trisha is a mother to four daughters, and a proud grandmother to four grandchildren. She enjoys attending her daughter’s Dance competitions, her grandsons sporting events and spending time with family.

Daniel Castillo

Sales Agent

Daniel was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. For the last eight years, he worked as a Certified Arizona Association Manager for several different Homeowners Associations in Southern Arizona. In this position he worked closely with homeowners, boards of directors and various contractors. He received his Certified Arizona Association Manager designation and received a coveted  AACM Rising G.E.M (Guided Excellence in Management) Award in 2014 . Daniel is happily married to his college sweetheart Lysandra. They have four children, 2 boys and 2 girls. Daniel enjoys his time off as an Amateur Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts fighter and a Sunday school teacher. He is ready to take on the real estate industry and looking forward to helping folks find their dream homes.


James “Jim” Jones

Facilities Director

Jim Jones has over 20 years’ experience in the operation and maintenance of large scale multifamily housing communities. He is HVAC certified, directs the maintenance staff and oversees the upkeep of equipment and supplies. He will personally go out and assess a situation, decide if it is something within his or the maintenance staff’s scope to repair, and if not will call out the proper contractor. He does the walk through inspections with the tenant, assess charges, schedules out and oversees the turnover repairs of the property. Jim follows up on the projects, remodels, and repairs at the properties we manage as well as make recommendations for required maintenance protocols. Jim goes above and beyond to ensure everything is completed correctly and in a timely manner. When larger projects need attention, Jim reaches out and presents the best options whether it be a roof, water heater or AC replacement or repair.
